2. Scope of Services

• Design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HVAC systems.
• Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for consistent system performance.
• Retrofitting and system upgrades with energy audits.
• Custom solutions based on client specifications and site analysis.

3. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are project-specific and valid for a limited period, subject to market fluctuations.
• Quoted prices are generally exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions or changes requested by the client.

4. Payment Terms

• Payments are scheduled as per work order—typically divided into advance, progress-based, and final installments.
• Accepted payment methods include NEFT, RTGS, cheque, and UPI transfers.
• Delayed payments may result in project suspension or legal action as per contract terms.
• For AMCs, payments may be annual, half-yearly, or quarterly as agreed.

5. Warranty and Support

• HVAC products are covered by OEM warranties.
• Kool Mart offers a 12-month workmanship warranty on installations.
• Unauthorized alterations void warranty rights.
• Support requests must be submitted with relevant documentation.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Orders may be canceled before work commencement, subject to cancellation charges.
• Once work begins or equipment is procured, refunds are not applicable unless legally required.
• Refunds, if any, are processed within 15 business days.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, brochures, documentation, and logos are the intellectual property of Kool Mart and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Kool Mart is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system use, delays, or service interruptions, except as mandated by applicable law.

9. Compliance and Site Safety

• Kool Mart follows all relevant BIS, ISHRAE, and safety codes during project execution.
• Clients must ensure site readiness and safety compliance before and during installations.

10. Dispute Resolution

• In case of disputes, parties will seek amicable solutions before initiating legal proceedings.
• Jurisdiction: Courts of New Delhi, India.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be notified via website announcements or direct communication.
